Sensitive lighting for the Rows of Chester - a unique and ancient series of connected walkways in the city centre. The lighting is particular to Chester, designed by Light Matters and performs a number of functions. It highlights particular architectural features as well as the walkways, is energy efficient, and helps to make the city a safer place by lighting areas which were formerly crimespots.
